At Middle Eatz, we believe that the best meals are the ones shared. Our story begins with the rich flavors of Yemen, carried through generations of family tradition and our mother’s cherished recipes. Growing up in a close-knit family of 10 siblings, large gatherings and homemade meals were simply a way of life—always filled with warmth, laughter, and togetherness.

​From the West Coast to the Music City

Born and raised in California, we were inspired to bring those same traditions to our community, blending our Yemeni heritage with the spirit of the place we now proudly call home: Nashville, Tennessee.

​When we opened our doors over two years ago,

we noticed a missing piece in Nashville’s vibrant culinary scene. We wanted to create a space where locals could experience the true, uncompromised flavors of the Middle East. Today, every dish we serve—from our perfectly spiced, slow-roasted Mandi to a bubbling, traditional stone bowl of Selta—reflects our roots, our family’s deep love for hospitality, and the timeless flavors that connect us all around the table.
